Hello! Here are the swim team reminders for this week!

1. There is practice M-F this week as normal. We have our first home meet on Wed 7/9. The meet starts at 5:30 pm, please have your swimmers report by 4:35, warmups are at 4:50. Please bring chairs and easy ups, remember no chairs are to be placed within 3 feet of the perimeter of the pool to allow ample area for officials & meet workers to do their jobs.

2. We still need timers for the meet on Wednesday. Please sign up asap if you are able. This is done through Swimtopia, if you are having trouble with signing up, please reach out to me. 

3. We are also still in need of items for the concession stand Wed. Here is the signup genius for that.

4. Marianna's delivery is this Thursday. The items will be delivered to First Lutheran Church, 404 Market Street, Mifflinburg, PA 17844 (with a delivery time between 3:30 P.M. - 4:00 P.M.). This means that hopefully 4:15-4:30 we will be ready to distribute the items, please plan to pick up your items at the church no later than 5 or 5:15ish in order for them to be kept fresh. If you are not going to be able to make it during this time, please reach out to me and I will help coordinate storage and pickup if it needs to be later in the evening.

5. Signups for jobs and meets for the rest of the season are available on Swimtopia. All the jobs are important but we absolutely need to have the slots filled for championships or our team will not be able to participate. We are in charge of t-shirt sales and we must provide 1 official and 2 timers per session. Swimmers 11&over swim in the morning, 10&under in the afternoon. I have to submit our timer names for champs in the next week or so, so it's VERY IMPORTANT that we get the slots filled ASAP.
