Hi, I am Jewels Hepner. I was born and raised in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. I have competitively swam for sixteen years. I started competitively swimming in Summer Swim with Gators at the age of six and then continued with club swimming with the YMCA (GSVY/Suny) from the age of 13 to 18, high school, and College. I graduated from college with a degree in Sports Administration and minored in athletic coaching and photography from Millersville University. At Millersville, I have collectively achieved thirteen records as a walk-on and was the most decorated for Millersville. I was mostly a sprint freestyler and did a little bit of breaststroke. Currently, I am the assistant swim and dive coach at Susquehanna University and am finishing up my master's in sports management. I have spent four years with Lewisburg Gators, coaching multiple age groups, and now in my second year with the Mifflinburg Aqua Cats! I look forward to another great summer! Go Aquacats!
Skylar has been swimming since she was 8 years old. She has spent the past 2 years coaching the 8 and under age group for the Lewisburg Gators. What she loves most about swimming is the team bonding and the friendships built along the way. She is currently a student at Bloomsburg University where she is studying social work.
Chance is currently a member of the Aquacat swim team in the 15-18 age grup category. He has been swimming competitively since the age of 5. This is his 2nd summer helping to coach the team, working mostly with the 10 and under age group swimmers. Chance is involved in swimming competitively on the Eastern Lycoming YMCA swim team and also teaches private swim lessons as well as helping with swim lessons at the Mifflinburg pool. He also enjoys soccer, track & field and shooting hoops!!
