**WARNING LONG MESSAGE, PLEASE READ ALL!!**

1. NO PRACTICE ON MONDAY 6/16, there was an issue in the bathhouses that required the pool to be closed all weekend through at least the morning of Monday 6/16. We are hoping that the issue is rectified swiftly and practice will be back on for Tuesday...stay tuned!

2. SWIMTOPIA APP - If you have not downloaded the swimtopia app on your device, you will want to do so. Swimtopia is the site that you used to register your swimmer for the season and it is the app that will be used all season to sign up your swimmer for meets and also for you to sign up to help at meets! If you need help with this, please reach out to any board member.

3. Please declare attendance for Saturday 6/21 meet at Sunbury in the Swimtopia app. Coaches will be picking events and entries will be closed later in the week, so it's essential to let them know asap if your swimmer(s) are attending.

4. There are job volunteer positions available for the first meet. Please consider signing up to help. Away meets we only need to provide a few timers. If you have never done this before, it is very simple. You push a start/stop button on a stop watch and you get to watch your swimmer from one of the best views of the pool. You will be given more specific instructions prior to the start of the meet. This does require that you stand up for the duration of the meet unless you and a friend or family member want to split your duty (first half/second half). We will also be selling temporary tattoos as a fundraiser at this meet. I would love to have a helper with this.

5. There are extra Marianna's fundraisers forms and they will be available during practice this week.

6. Last but not least, this Thursday 6/19 is team breakfast/photos. Rochelle Tice from Blueline Photography will be coming to do a team picture and individual photos for those that would like them. She will also do siblings together if families are interested in that. I'm hoping to have some order forms available on Tue or Wed and of course the day of. ALL SWIMMERS IN ALL AGE GROUPS REPORT FROM 9-11!! Team shirts will be handed out to be worn for the team photo.
